Marmaris, Turkey
Bodrum is most famous for the Halicarnassus Night Club by the St. Peter’s castle. It is claimed to be Europe’s largest open-air night club. There are also many good restaurants to choose from for various types of cuisine – particulary seafood dishes.
Fethiye, Turkey
Marmaris is recognized for “Bar Street” located at the harbor in the Old Town below the castle, next to the Netsel Marina. Things pickup on this famous street after 11pm and goes non-stop until the wee hours of the morning. From shooter bars, taverns, discos, and doner stops, there is much to choose from on Bar Street Marmaris.
Next in line for good nighttime entertainment is Fethiye. Although the city itself has places to go, the more preferred choice in selection of bars and discos is 15 minutes by car, in Hisaronu. It looks like a whole town filled with a wide assortment of nightclubs, bars, shooter bars, restaurants, shops and more.
