As a group leader of a gulet cruise holiday, there are a few things that could be realized, which may prove to make the trip all the more easier for you and your group; as well, to enjoy a lovely luxury gulet holidays in the Mediterranean. In the very beginning of your planning stages, before you book your holiday; the foremost subject is communication with everyone who will be participating in the cruise. Whatever information that is provided, the answers to the questions that are asked, the type of terms that will be agreed on for the holiday should be shared with members of your group.

You may know, but it is just as important for your group members to know too. Otherwise, during the trip, complications have a possibility of occurring.  If it makes it any easier to gather all that is needed to know, and what has been discussed and agreed on, ask your charter agent to put it together for you to share with everyone else; or alternatively have everyone CC’d (copied) through email messages so that everyone is in the know.

Also, members of your group may too have questions that they wish to ask either before or after they receive this information. It’s not easy being a Group Leader. The responsibility and the trust given by your group is very important.  However in order for everyone to understand their gulet charter holiday, know what to expect, realize what is available and what is not, is partially in your hands.

Therefore, with the help of your agent, lead your group towards an informed and exciting holiday experience.  Such is life that, there is bound to be some things missed, but with everyone directly or indirectly involved during the process, there is chance and the room, for more questions, the right questions, and good questions to be asked.  There is no such thing as a wrong question either – especially if this is a first in gulet cruises for some or all. 🙂
