Zelda in the Spotlight at the 32nd Annual Yacht Charter Show in Marmaris
After a splendid opening at the 32nd Annual Marmaris Yacht Charter Show, both local and agents from across the globe came to see new yachts, revisit ones they were already familiar with and keep in touch with yacht owners and agents they have worked with over the years.
Not quite a stranger in the Turkish yacht charter market, the sailing yacht Zelda had been offered a few times for private charters since her launch in 2010. However, for the first time, this magnificent gulet is now fully available for the 2013 season for Private VIP blue cruise holidays to travelers.
S/Y Zelda has an overall length of 40.4 meters, comprising of exclusive 5 cabins, built to Rina Class standards and hydraulic sailing system for excellent sailing cruises in the Med. Built for the purpose of private use, she attracted many curious agents for a viewing of her unique features, uncommon in many gulets constructed in Turkey.
On May 14th, during the show, a luncheon was organized for invited agents. This was a chance for not only a social gathering but also an opportunity to get to know the excellent crew and the Zelda yacht. The luncheon began and ended successfully with lovely dishes prepared by Chef Gokhan Karasungur.
One of the many features that surprised charter agents on board the Zelda was the unfamiliar term “Sunning Pool” situated in the forward deck area. An interesting concept, that was a part of the creative design by World Class Naval Architect Tanju Kalaycioglu. Captain Ahmet Kasli explained that the “pool” was a great advantage when all sails were out, during which time the crew gathers all the guests inside this cushioned “pool”, with children, for a comfortable and safe luxury sailing experience.
With all this positive and high interest, a favorable yacht charter season for the exquisite sailing yacht Zelda is expected.
