The Greek Islands are of very close proximity to the Turkish coastline; particularly the beautiful islands in the Dodecanese. If you are planning a private boat charter in Turkey, you have many blue cruise itinerary options to combine both Turkish and Greek destinations.

Routes can start from the bustling city of Bodrum and continue into the Dodecanese, visiting Rhodes, Symi and Kos.  It is also possible to sail  further into the Cyclades to explore the popular islands of Santorini and Mykonos, by starting your trip from Kos or Bodrum.  Other Dodecanese islands could include Patmos, Halki, Lipsi, and Nisiros.

The harbor city of Marmaris is another preferred port to start your private boat charter in Turkey, since Marmaris is also very nearby Rhodes – approximately 3 hours and 20 minutes cruising distance away – depending on weather conditions. Again travelers can explore the Old Town in Rhodes, have fun with nighttime entertainment in Kos, and relax within the peace and quiet of Symi island while enjoying the breathtaking scenery and local shopping experience.
