Motor Yacht Charter Greece
Depending on the yacht’s booking schedule, ones based in Athens can be hired on a weekly and daily or picked up from Mykonos or Santorini. While other motor yachts are strictly for one week or longer periods. Generally, rates are quoted only on the boat charter price. Then to cover food, beverage, fuel, water sports usage/fuel, and related expenses, an Advance Provisioning Allowance (like a float) is required, plus VAT on the boat charter price.
Motor yacht charters are fully crewed. On the smaller yachts, you can expect a minimum of 2 crew members. Whereas on the larger yachts there is a minimum of 3 crew and more on the higher end charter yachts. The crew tips are extra on top of the boat charter price. The customary rate is 10% of the yacht price, however, left up to the discretion of the guests.
Meals are served based on client’s preferences. Forms are sent to clients to fill out their likes, dislikes, allergies and other related information. The motor yacht is provisioned according to the choices guests make. This information is usually requested 4 weeks before the date of embarkation so as all necessary preparations are made by the agent and crew before guests arrive.
