In the very beginning of your planning stages, before you book your holiday; the foremost subject is communication with everyone who will be participating in the cruise. Whatever information that is provided, the answers to the questions that are asked, the type of terms that will be agreed on for the holiday should be shared with members of your group.

Also, members of your group may too have questions that they wish to ask either before or after they receive this information. It’s not easy being a Group Leader.
